Forma-I InMode RF

Forma-I by InMode is an advanced radiofrequency (RF) device that delivers precisely controlled thermal energy to the periorbital area — the skin and tissues surrounding the eyes. This gentle heat penetrates deep into the meibomian glands, liquefying the thickened, waxy secretions that block gland openings and cause evaporative dry eye.

Unlike surface-level treatments, RF energy works at the tissue level to restore gland function, reduce inflammation, and improve the quality of the meibum (oil) your glands produce. Forma-I is often combined with IPL Optilight and meibomian gland expression for a comprehensive dry eye treatment protocol that addresses multiple contributing factors simultaneously.

Treatments are comfortable and relaxing — patients often describe the sensation as a warm massage around the eyes. Each session takes approximately 15–20 minutes, and most patients notice improved comfort and tear film stability within the first few treatments.
