Missed/Cancelled Appointment Policy
For our office, a missed appointment or one rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, prevents us from scheduling another patient that could benefit from treatment. We schedule individual time with each patient to allow us to deliver quality, personal care that every patient deserves. We understand life happens and schedules do change.
We ask you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes. For recurring incidences, failure to provide at least 24 hours notice for changed, cancelled or missed appointments will result in an appointment fee of $50 and possible dismissal from the practice.
